Intangible Assets, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing to lead and scale a complex manufacturing operation in Schaumburg, IL. You will own production, inventory management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-mix, low-volume or complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven success scaling manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and delivery performance.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ERP and MRP platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead all manufacturing activities from receiving through final shipment.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Establish scalable manufacturing processes for standard and custom products.
• Ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, floor space, and materials.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop short- and long-term capacity plans based on forecasts and backlog.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and material control processes and ERP/MRP/MES upgrades.
• Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new product launches.
