Fusion Optix is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead and scale our manufacturing operations in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, shipping, logistics, and process improvements to drive performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires problem-solving, team development, and the ability to build systems and discipline for a scalable organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing production, purchasing, inventory, and logistics functions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities and workflow coordination.
• Manage production schedules and priorities.
• Oversee purchasing, materials planning, and inventory activities.
