Job summary

3LED Group in Woburn, MA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, purchasing, inventory, shipping, logistics, and ERP/MRP discipline. The role drives process improvement, KPI development, and a high‑performing team to scale a growing electronics/optics business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing production, purchasing, inventory, and logistics functions.
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day production activities and workflow coordination.
