Job summary

Advanced Technology Services seeks a results-driven Operations Leader to drive safety, maintenance, and performance at our Belvidere site. You will oversee the ATS safety program, lead continuous improvement, and manage site budgets while coordinating with sales and other units to align customer expectations with ATS goals.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to implement strategy with transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or a related field preferred or seven years of operations / maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience with a strong focus on development of employees.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Ability to relocate to specified locations.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build positive business relationships and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy ATS safety program and ensure safety training, observations, and investigations.
• Drive site operating system understanding and embed it within maintenance plans.
• Manage site financial performance (revenue, expenses, profit) to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships with ATS units and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to expand service scope.
• Communicate with customers through regular meetings and review performance metrics.
