Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior production/manufacturing role.
• Proven track record in implementing cultural and operational change initiatives.
• Experience in chemical engineering and/or at-scale production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of resin production and logistics activities.
• Develop and implement long-term site strategies focusing on innovation.
• Collaborate with R&D, QC, and Engineering to align manufacturing plans.
