Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or MBA.

• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Experience leading Capex projects.
• Experience with the production of resins, paints, coatings, or technical films.
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop an engaged organizational culture that is committed to operational and manufacturing excellence.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and guide resulting change programs through lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts.
• Promote a safety culture and monitor and review Environmental, Health, and Safety performance.
• Support associate personal and professional development.
• Guide the root-cause analysis for critical issues and ensure all actions are completed.
• Engage a diverse group of partners across the facility.
