Job summary

Permobil, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Belleville, IL facility. You will develop, manage, and supervise area managers while driving KPI improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery to support our growth.

Lead a strong safety culture and collaborate with the leadership team to optimize operations. The role requires lean manufacturing expertise, ISO QMS experience, and a proven ability to manage budgets and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience in lean environments.
• 3 years' experience working within an ISO certified QMS.
• Project management certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and supervise area managers.
• Measure and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Lead safety culture and ensure safe operations.
• Identify improvements and manage budget and capital expenditures.
• Maintain and improve the quality system and ISO compliance.
• Foster teamwork and positive, productive work relationships.
