Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Colorado to oversee hands-on supervision, development, and oversight of project processes within a lean manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, on‑time delivery, and production efficiency that exceeds expectations.

You will drive Lean Manufacturing, train and mentor the production team, and collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• 1 year of Lean Manufacturing is beneficial.
• Proven supervision competencies with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams with collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision for assigned project processes, achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing tools for measurable improvements on assigned processes.
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Supervise manufacturing personnel, ensuring alignment, engagement, development, and retention of talent.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to provide input on manufacturing support and execution.
• Participate in development and implementation of manufacturing processes, including hazard analysis and safety procedures.
