Automation Personnel Services in Sulligent, AL, seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager to execute company initiatives while advancing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

The role leads area coaches, manages budgets and resources, and partners with EH&S, Quality, HR, and other teams. You will leverage data, digital tools, and AI to drive improvements and achieve targets. This is a full‑time role with a $100,000 annual pay and a Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in engineering, manufacturing, product development or business management.
• Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technology and ability to leverage them to improve productivity, decision‑making, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop area coaches and associates through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Manage performance through metrics, resource planning, and production execution.
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Partner with EH&S, Quality, Human Resources, and other functions to achieve objectives.
• Utilize data, digital tools, and AI technologies to support decision‑making and improve processes.
