Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Control Room Operator for the Animal Nutrition line. The role operates front-line production processes, packaging final products, and supporting a co-op committed to quality. Shift is 3rd, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with weekends/overtime/holidays as needed.

You will gain hands-on experience moving raw materials to finished goods while ensuring safety and quality standards are met in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and safety practices for self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes.
• Multi-tasks and keeps up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures quality standards and SOPs are followed during production.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborates with Leads and Management to complete daily assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.
