Qualifications

• 7 years of manufacturing experience in a high-production environment.
• Five or more years of managerial experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent branch management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct production and indirect activities to meet goals.
• Forecast staffing needs and staff accordingly.
• Design and implement processes to increase yield or improve quality.
• Maintain safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports regarding production operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
