Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a Production Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and management of manufacturing operations across one or more facilities. You will coordinate resources to ensure products are produced efficiently, meeting cost, quality, and inventory goals.

You will hire, train, evaluate, and supervise staff, develop budgets with the Plant Manager, and enforce safety and quality policies while driving continuous improvement and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing plant supervisory or management position.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations within established company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain plant production schedules and staffing reports.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the manufacturing process standardization program and ensure participation.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility.
