Job summary

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, 5–8 years in manufacturing, and strong leadership skills to develop and motivate teams in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing; supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Sage, SAP or MRP.
• Knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and monitor cost and effectiveness.
• Ensure lean manufacturing, 5S and CI practices are followed.
• Communicate operational update plans to management.
• Conduct safety audits and meetings to ensure safe production processes.
• Oversee resource optimization and allocate labor/capital to maximize productivity and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure supplier-to-customer process quality.
• Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with standards; provide recommendations.
• Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections; maintain records per ISO/TS/EMS standards.
• Prepare work areas and equipment for each shift; assign personnel per qualifications.
• Participate in hiring and lead/direct reports per HR policy; develop staff.
