Job summary

TotalEnergies Group in Livingston, TN is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and drive efficiency across the plant.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in metals fabrication, with experience coordinating staffing, schedules, and collaborative projects with Engineering to support new product launches and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training required.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a fabricated metals environment preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC, lean manufacturing principles, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate staffing, production schedules, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees for growth and success.
• Partner with Engineering to support new product launches and process improvements.
• Monitor productivity, scrap, rework, and safety performance while implementing improvement plans.
• Assign work orders and ensure proper staffing and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and company operating systems.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
