Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing supervisors and production teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• Experience in extrusion, plastics, metals, or related manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation to support current and future demand.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
