Job summary

Hunter International, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead and scale a growing manufacturing operation in Minnesota. You will oversee manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and materials management, driving Lean initiatives and building high-performing teams.

In this role you’ll partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality and IT to support growth, use ERP/MRP systems to enhance planning and inventory, and deliver accountable results in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Background in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience improving or scaling manufacturing operations.
• Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply-chain knowledge.
• ERP/MRP experience required; NetSuite preferred.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on people, accountability, and results.
