Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 2 to 3 years of production related vocational or equivalent experience.
• Must have at least six years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality requirements in metal stamping.
• Ability to operate office and manufacturing software applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs implementation and execution of manufacturing policies and practices.
• Monitors output through key indicators and adjusts accordingly.
• Plans long-term production requirements including manpower and resources.
• Oversees daily production operations and provides guidance to supervisors.
• Coordinates with planning to ensure accuracy of the daily schedule.
