Job summary

#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for a Swing Shift in Reno, NV. You will lead a high-volume production team, manage schedules, safety, and KPIs, and partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in regulated manufacturing, Lean/5S experience, and a hands-on approach on the shop floor. Relocation assistance is available; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root-cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a high-volume manufacturing area.
• Supervise and develop a team of approximately 75 production employees.
• Maintain hands-on presence on the production floor.
• Build production schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and downtime.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize processes.
• Manage labor, overtime, and costs while meeting targets.
• Promote safety, accountability, and employee engagement.
