Job summary

You will coach staff, set yearly objectives, and ensure reliable process execution with a strong focus on quality and safety on the shop floor. The role involves rotating shifts (days/nights), hands-on problem solving, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

Qualifications

• Education minimum: High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6+ years in manufacturing/technical role or 4+ years with a Bachelor's in Life Science or Engineering.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Gowning qualifications to enter classified manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team to ensure reliable manufacturing.
• Lead performance objectives and provide feedback to staff.
• Coach team and manage payroll approvals using site systems.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization on the shop floor.
