Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. on-site in Chillicothe, OH seeks an experienced operations leader to run final assembly and test on NeuralSync DPU modules.

You will own daily production operations, lead assembly and test technician teams, and drive yield improvements with engineering, while ensuring floor safety and 5S practices on-site and managing ramp planning. This role requires 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial or mission-critical environments and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations.
• Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production operations, throughput, and OEE.
• Lead assembly and test technician teams.
• Drive yield improvement with engineering.
• Own floor safety, ESD, and 5S programs.
• Manage production ramp planning.
