Job summary

Your responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, managing performance, cross-training, and collaborating with engineering, quality, planning, maintenance and EH&S to meet customer requirements and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors, support staff and manufacturing technicians to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Recruit, train and develop team members.
• Manage performance assessments, work assignments, cross-training, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, ESH) to execute core metrics and drive continuous improvement.
