Join the GSK Smart Manufacturing & CI Graduate Program, Zebulon, US, 2027: Help us get ahead of disease together.

Education required: Bachelor of Science/BSc; Master of Science/MSc — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (such as Engineering, Science, Technical, Biological Sciences) or a related field, with a focus on data management, digital technologies, change management or project management

On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Program, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?

• Smart Manufacturing: Get involved in innovative projects that leverage AI, data and technology to transform our manufacturing processes.
• Problem Solving: Lead impactful continuous improvement projects while developing your expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma skills.
• Drive change and innovation: Identify and implement initiatives to streamline processes using tools like Standard Work, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
