Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is offering a Manufacturing Operations Intern program at our Pineville, LA site. You will gain hands-on exposure to multiple facets of site operations and own a meaningful project while engaging with leaders and associates throughout the site.

You will receive mentorship, 15+ hours of formal professional development, and extensive networking with leaders, professionals, and opportunities for job shadowing and leadership meetings during the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Expected graduation December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Job description

You'll engage with leaders and associates throughout the site and receive hands-on experience through ownership of a meaningful project. In addition, you'll round out your internship experience with professional development and networking activities with leaders & professionals in your field.

YOU ARE:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree & majoring in Industrial Management, Industrial Technology, Operational Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Minimum GPA of 3.0 Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028 During the internship period, you will be residing within a commutable distance of our Pineville, LA manufacturing location Eligible to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, and will not require employer sponsorship after graduation
