Lead and develop direct reports including Production, Shipping, and Maintenance leadership.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations focusing on people, quality, service, cost, safety, and efficiency.
Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
Monitor processes, quality systems, and audits to ensure standards and customer expectations.
Develop and track operational scorecards using performance metrics to drive accountability.
Create and manage annual operating budgets including revenue, expenses, and capacity planning.
Collaborate with executives to establish long-term goals and scalability.
