Responsibilities

• Present key findings and actionable recommendations during Operations Reviews.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives by providing analysis and measuring results.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and IT to improve data visibility and reporting.
• Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests as needed.

Manufacturing Operations Data Analyst

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Operations Data Analyst supports Operations leadership by analyzing manufacturing data, improving reporting processes, and providing insights that support business decisions. • Collect, consolidate, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems and other operational sources.
• Monitor key manufacturing metrics including production, quality, inventory, labor, cost, capacity, and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems and/or Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or similar data-analysis tools.
• Experience building dashboards or automating recurring reports.
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs such as production output, labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, inventory, cost, capacity, and on-time delivery.
