Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

Collect, consolidate, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems and operations sources.
Monitor manufacturing metrics (production, quality, inventory, labor, cost, capacity, delivery).
Identify trends, gaps, data issues, and improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for Operations leadership.
Automate recurring data collection and reporting processes to reduce manual work.
