Job summary

Zuern Building Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator at our Menomonee Falls location to support inventory and operations. You will assist with invoicing, procurement, and store/showroom maintenance, reporting to the Controller/GM/Production Manager.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration across departments, and adherence to procedures. You will help coordinate tasks with sales, accounts payable, and service teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and communicate effectively with various departments.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers and employees.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• May require regular lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor tickets, orders, and transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and proper system entry.
• Support procurement of components and assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts and reporting.
• Complete and reconcile invoicing; assist with costing and month-end calculations; monitor open orders for timely invoicing and satisfaction.
• Perform cash tray reconciliation and process daily bank deposits.
• Maintain policies for returns, vendor credits, and supplier credits with accounts payable support.
• Monitor and order office supplies; manage mail and deliveries; keep store and showroom organized.
• Assist customer service and sales by helping customers in person, by phone, and by email; promote products and the company.
• Assist the General Manager with training coordination and internal/external store events.
