Responsibilities

• Support welding, fabrication, powder coating, assembly, and shipping as needed.
• Coordinate movement of materials, parts, and work orders throughout manufacturing.
• Prioritize work with supervisors to maintain production flow.
• Assist with staging materials and ensuring departments have resources to meet goals.
• Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including assembly and material handling.
• Track project progress and communicate delays or quality concerns to leadership.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality.
• Assist with inventory, production documents, and workflow tracking.
• Foster teamwork across departments.
