Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst for our Canby, Oregon plant. You will own measurement, tracking, and reporting systems behind the Operations Excellence and High-Performance Team (HPT) model, translating data into actionable insights for plant leadership.

This hands-on role blends analytics with on-floor facilitation, with no direct people management. You will track KPI indicators, certification status, and training, prepare monthly summaries, and own HPT scorecards and

  • Required experience building, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, scorecards, or dashboards in manufacturing.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Track and trend plant KPI leading indicators, certification status, training completion, and HPT performance.
  • Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership.
  • Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Drive development of HPT action plans aligned with plant objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPT data.
  • Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate recognition using objective performance data.
  • Ensure monthly results meetings occur with measurable outcomes.

What you will do

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will own the measurement, tracking, and reporting systems behind the Canby plant’s Operations Excellence and High-Performance Team (HPT) model. You will maintain operations excellence and HPT scorecards, analyze leading indicators, track certification and training metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for plant leadership. This is a hands‑on, plant‑based role that blends operational analytics with on‑floor facilitation—without direct people management.

How you will do it
  • Track and trend Plant KPI leading indicators, job certification status, training completion, and HPT performance.
  • Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership.
  • Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPT‑related data.
  • Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and ongoing effectiveness.

  • Ensure team and leadership monthly result monthly results meetings occur and rive measurable outcomes.
What we look for

Required Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, scorecards, or performance dashboards in a manufacturing environment. Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Business, EHS, HR, or a related discipline with demonstrated analytical work.
