Sheridan Minnesota is hiring a Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery. You will learn to set up, run, and maintain high-speed bindery equipment on a fast-paced production floor. We provide hands-on training and focus on quality, teamwork, and reliability.

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. Ideal candidates bring experience operating machinery, are mechanically inclined, and can read simple job specs. Physical work and collaboration are required.

Qualificações

• Experience operating machinery in any industry is acceptable.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Prior print, bindery, or finishing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.

We’re hiring 3team membersready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.
• Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
We’re looking for people who:

• Have experience operating machineryin any industry(manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team
• High school diploma/GED.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
