Job summary

Sterling Kohler seeks a Staff Engineer, Manufacturing to lead New Product Introduction and new manufacturing capabilities at the Bristol facility. You will manage projects across design, equipment, SOPs, training, and quality validation, collaborating with NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain to launch on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 6+ years in production, and strong SolidWorks experience. Onsite work in Bristol, PA with a competitive salary and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree is required.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering or related experience in a production assembly environment.
• Experience with automated equipment and integration is preferred.
• Experience with glass or metal fabrication, stamping, extrusion is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI and new manufacturing capabilities for Bristol facility.
• Coordinate and execute quality and manufacturing tasks for new products.
• Develop cell layouts, process flows, and SOPs for launches and training.
• Create process FMEA, control plans, and inspection frequencies with teams.
• Prepare PCI costings and act as PCI SME for Manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement using Kohler OS principles.
