IMI Industrial seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and optimize equipment and fabrications that meet customer requirements while ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Project Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable solutions from ideation to production.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 5+ years of related product design experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
5+ years of related product design experience.
Strong 3D CAD skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance new and existing products.
Analyze market trends and customer requirements to develop concepts in 3D CAD.
Evaluate specifications and ensure products meet technical and functional needs.
Create manufacturable drawings and installation documentation.
Perform feasibility, functional, and quality testing of designs.
Coordinate with engineers to align designs with production capabilities.
