Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and implementing design improvements to boost efficiency. Strong PLC knowledge and ability to read schematics are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or relevant technical training.
• 5–7 years of work experience in maintenance.
• Technical degree or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior personnel.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and conserve resources.
• Program changes to electronic/electrical equipment to improve production.
