Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, Beloit, WI, seeks a Material Handling & Manufacturing Support Supervisor to lead the team, align production with schedules, and ensure strict cGMP adherence. You will coach and train staff, drive improvements, and maintain precise records within the ERP system.

The role requires a degree in Business or related field and 3+ years of related experience, with preferred lead experience in a medical/pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a cGMP medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior lead experience (2+ years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Labor assignments and prioritization for the Material Handling and Manufacturing Support team to support the production schedule.
• Suggest and investigate opportunities for process simplification and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in hiring decisions related to Material Handling and Manufacturing Support needs.
• Ensure production orders are picked on time and in compliance with cGMP/cGDP requirements.
• Maintain accurate Internal Assembly Records and ensure ERP transactions are correct.
