Job summary

Theragenics is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity in a highly regulated environment. You will oversee production planning, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives, aligning with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Lean Manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement experience.
Root Cause Analysis and CAPA execution.
Production scheduling and line throughput optimization.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
ERP system experience; Sage X3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production and business objectives.
Drive performance in safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Supervise, coach, and develop production leadership and personnel.
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulations.
Support manufacturing validations, process improvements, equipment qualifications, and new product introductions.
Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to optimize operations.
