Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a strategic Manufacturing Manager to oversee production operations, lead supervisors, and drive continuous improvement.

You will plan, monitor, and optimize processes to meet quality standards and customer demand. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management and 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electrical control panel manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing management.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. They will lead a team of production supervisors, implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing management and a provenrecord of accomplishmentinimproving productivity and quality.

Job Duties:
