Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations.

You will lead a team of production supervisors, plan production to meet demand, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing management, proven productivity gains, and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive performance improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors.
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and production goals.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing management.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. They will lead a team of production supervisors, implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing management and a proven record of accomplishment in improving productivity and quality.

Job Duties:

  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
  • Knowledge of electrical control panel manufacturing is preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
