3M is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead engineering and business teams at its Menomonie, Wisconsin facility. You will drive strategic and operational planning, execute CapEx initiatives, and improve yield and productivity across the full value stream.

The role supervises engineers, partners with EHS, quality and continuous improvement teams, and participates in the Menomonie management team. Located in Menomonie, WI with up to 10% domestic travel; relocation may be authorized.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military sectors, including 3+ years in leadership.
