The role requires strong GMP and FDA experience, with a track record of improving performance and culture. Located onsite in Gulfport, MS, the position collaborates with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within OTC or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing both liquid and solid oral dose production operations.
• Strong GMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing background.
• Proven success in driving accountability, operational improvements, and culture change.
• Ability to perform effectively within fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environments.

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts and product lines.
• Coach and develop production supervisors, leads, and operators.
• Drive operational improvements related to productivity, quality, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, production metrics, and accountability standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OTC or pharmaceutical manufacturing and a proven ability to improve performance within fast‑paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts and product lines.
• Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors, leads, and operators.
• Drive operational improvements related to productivity, quality, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, production metrics, and accountability standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and quality standards.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support operational goals.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Support team restructuring, training, and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain strong visibility and engagement on the production floor.

Pay range and compensation package

Location: Gulfport, Mississippi

Schedule: onsite position
