Qualifications

• Current students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later is expected.
• Interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing and entering the workforce after undergrad.

Responsibilities

• Dive into daily plant operations and learn how a high-performing manufacturing facility runs.
• Lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Collaborate across departments to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
• Attend professional development activities, including a development week at our corporate HQ in Colorado.
• Meet regularly with plant leaders through weekly check-ins and mentorship opportunities.
• Gain exposure to production and support teams while developing leadership skills.
