Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Must have completed at least one year of coursework with graduation December 2027 or later.
• Able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts when needed.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Dive into daily plant operations and learn how a high-performing manufacturing facility runs.
• Lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Collaborate across departments to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
• Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.
• Meet regularly with plant leaders through weekly check-ins and mentorship opportunities.
• Gain exposure to production and support teams while developing leadership skills.
• Follow all plant safety practices, SOPs, and policies.

Education
