Job summary

We seek current bachelor's students in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related fields with graduation after December 2027. The role requires 12-hour shifts and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor's program in manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or related discipline.
• Graduation expected December 2027 or later.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment including 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Analyze processes and collaborate across departments to recommend improvements.
• Participate in professional development activities and mentorship programs.
• Perform daily plant operations and support a high-performing manufacturing facility.
