• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing and able to work 12-hour shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Dive into daily plant operations and learn how a high-performing manufacturing facility runs.
• Lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Collaborate across departments to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
• Attend professional development activities and mentor with plant leaders.
