Job summary

Horseshoe Beverage Co. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our Neenah, Wisconsin facility running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance on utilities, production lines, and packaging equipment, and play a key role in the startup of new machinery.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot PLCs and robotics, and collaborate with operators to meet production targets while improving efficiency and uptime. EEO/AA including Vets and Disabled.

Qualifications

• Maintains facility and production equipment, including HVAC and processing lines.
• Develops and executes preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoots PLCs, robots, and other automation equipment.
• Supports commissioning and startup of new equipment and products.
• Collaborates with production operators to meet schedules and improve reliability.
• Maintains documentation and data entry in systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance on facility utilities and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and robotics to resolve issues.
• Assist in commissioning and startup of new equipment.
• Identify improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
