Qualifications

• Computer skills as required by stated functions.

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance, servicing, and repair of production equipment with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and controls.
• Modifies equipment or processes to improve operation and supports engineers.
• Assists manufacturing engineers in qualification, debugging, and repair of equipment.
• Sources and purchases components for maintenance tasks.
• Machines or modifies mechanical components and fixturing for production use.
• Acts as liaison for service contractors and vendors.
• Monitors equipment performance and corrects issues to prevent non-conforming products.
• May train peers on repairs, maintenance, and setup of equipment.
• Documents tasks and corrective actions in CMMS.
