O.C. Tanner is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to diagnose, maintain and repair a variety of equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Candidate must be self-disciplined, a strong problem solver, and able to troubleshoot custom-built machinery. The role also involves keeping logs, managing spare parts, and performing preventive maintenance while being safety-minded and willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a variety of equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be self-motivated, highly problem-solving oriented and safety minded.
• Must be able to troubleshoot custom built machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Must pass a physical and drug test and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair equipment and systems.
• Keep accurate logs and maintain/organize spare parts inventory.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance needs.
• Support overtime coverage and contribute to manufacturing projects as needed.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) who would like to work in a great team environment. Must be highly motivated and an excellent problem solver. This person will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing many different types of equipment. They must be self-disciplined and able to troubleshoot custom built machinery. They must also be able to perform preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment. They will be responsible to keep accurate logs, maintain and organize spare parts. Must be safety minded and pass a physical and drug test. Also must be willing to work overtime as needed. Must be a self-starter, and have great people skills. Also have the ability to drive, or contribute to manufacturing projects.

Schedule

Night Shift: Onsite (Monday-Thursday 2:20pm - 11:50pm), and (Friday 2:20pm - 6:20pm) Occasional overtime coverage
