Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Manufacturing Engineer across Excellerate locations with maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing tools and equipment.

You will help with design, start-up and application of equipment and create preventive maintenance schedules. The role requires education of a high school diploma or GED, 5 years maintenance experience, 2–3 years metal fabrication, and 1–2 years welding; work schedule is

5 years maintenance or related experience
2–3 years metal fabrication experience
1–2 years welding experience

Responsibilities

Assist in design, line/cell layout and movement, fabrication, installation of manufacturing tools and material handling devices
Assist cell work teams with work station design, fabrication and implementation of manufacturing processes and improvements
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing tools and equipment
Assist Facilities Technician with building repair and upkeep as needed
Assist Manufacturing Engineer with design, start-up, and application of equipment and tools
Create equipment inspection and repair schedules for preventive maintenance program
Train employees on proper and safe use of equipment
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
