Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Cleveland, OH facility located at 4677 Manufacturing Road, Cleveland, OH 44135. The role focuses on equipment upkeep, electrical troubleshooting, and facility maintenance in a demanding manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations, while coordinating with supervisors and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with skilled trades training.
• Hands-on person capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment upkeep, maintenance, and troubleshooting to meet production needs and building maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisors on repair of equipment.
• Assist in constructing, moving, and installing new equipment per plan.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues from 24VDC to 480VAC.
• Address safety, lighting, and lockout/tagout compliance.
• Maintain grounds, perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Keep stock of repair parts and shop supplies.
• Document work per procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Work overtime and provide 24/7 support as necessary.
