Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Hayward, WI facility. This full-time role operates 10pm–8am, Monday through Thursday, with potential Friday shifts.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, perform basic plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks, and assist with preventive maintenance and outage planning. Lignetics offers bonus eligibility and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with vocational training highly preferred.
• 1-5 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to work all shifts and call-ins if needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete repairs.
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning.

Full-time

Shift Schedule: 10pm-8am M-TH, must be flexible to work Fridays if necessary.

Salary: $25-$30/hour + $1.00 shift differential and monthly bonus.

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
