About The Role

The Industrial Maintenance Technician 2nd shift plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment within a durable goods production environment. This position focuses on performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

The technician will collaborate closely with production teams to identify potential issues before they escalates, thereby supporting overall plant safety and productivity. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate maintenance records and adhering to safety and quality standards. Ultimately, the technician’s expertise directly contributes to the reliability and longevity of manufacturing equipment, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering high‑quality products on time.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work all scheduled hours consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical experience in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a durable goods manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Basic welding and fabrication skills.
